The Hideaway at Mill Creek

We welcome 6 persons, however 4 adults max. Here you will find nestled in the woods atop a beautiful hill overlooking Mill Creek, a short distance from the Chesapeake Bay, an architect's home. With beautiful sunrises and sunsets, this hideaway gives you an escape from everyday life. Relax on the patio with a book, out on the water kayaking, fishing or crabbing off the dock or sitting watching the wildlife. You will never forget the views or the sight of the sailboats in for a rest from the bay.

Views from all windows. Look out at the mouth of the Manokin River at Tangier Sound on one side; wetlands on the other side. NO CLEANING OR PET FEE. Relax and recharge as you soak in the country views while enjoying this cozy space. A private entrance leads upstairs to the loft, located above our renovated barn. Enjoy your days at the beach, boating, fishing, birding, and more. Return home to be greeted by goats as you pull in the drive. Coffee, tea, and farm fresh eggs will be waiting for your arrival. Centrally located between the beaches of Chincoteague, Va and Ocean City, MD. Beach gear provided as well.

The Serenity House

Regenerate at the Serenity House! Second floor apartment; three spacious queen bedrooms with SmartTV, equipped kitchenette, work space with WiFi, mudroom and laundry on the first floor. Large yard with big mature shade trees nestled in a quiet neighborhood. One corgi and two cats live on the property. The pets are not allowed into the guest rooms. Continental breakfast served in the shared space. Private entrance, off street parking available.

We are thrilled to host guests at the newly renovated Water's Edge Cottage -- a serene oasis offering what may be the best views on the Potomac. The rural charm of St. Mary’s County is among Maryland’s best kept secrets -- 90 minutes but a world away from Washington DC (with no Bay Bridge traffic!). We are near historic Leonardtown, boasting one of Maryland’s few remaining town squares (we affectionately call it “Mayberry”).
