100+ year-old historic parsonage moved onsite in the mid 80s. A homestead for many years, now home to Front Porch Market - a cheese, ice cream and antique shop and vacation rental. Please Note - this is an apartment on the 2nd floor of the building accessible via exterior stairs. 3 bedrooms featuring a king and 2 queen beds, clawfoot tub and tiled shower, full size stove and refrigerator as well as beautifully sitting area - original hardwood flooring. 2 bedrm family friendly cabin on a dead end rd with a covered porch off the kitchen - a great spot for morning coffee. Pack n Play with Bassinet feature, outlet plugs, drawer locks etc. Fully equip Kit. Towels, bed linens, Toiletries, Marshmallow sticks, pudgy pie, games, 60+ movies, campfire chairs, bug spray, sunscreen. We enjoy the cabin as a retreat from our normal busy life & technolog, to disconnect & reconnect with loved ones. State forest trail off back yard. There is air conditioning.

Located close to Newton Lakes and High Falls flowage boat launches, public ATV/snowmobile trails, state & county parks, and a golf course. The large deck provides a perfect spot to enjoy nature. There are plenty of bar/grills & supper clubs nearby for dining. Check out the Marinette County tourism website for everything the area has to offer.

High Falls Riverfront Rental

We welcome you to stay at beautiful High Falls Riverfront Retreat only 30 ft from the waters edge. The cabin sleeps 6 w/ 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and a large open concept kitchen/living room. It has a cute loft for kids or extra guests. It has a nice sunroom, games & movies. Fully furnished including some necessities you may have left at home. Outside there’s a grill, fire pit & beautiful river frontage w/ kayaks. In winter it’s a Snowmobilers & hikers paradise! Right on the UTV/snowmobile trails!

Tucked away in the woods, and steps away from the national forest, this tiny home offers the tranquility you need to completely decompress. The Sasquatch hideaway offers you direct access to the ATV trail, a 600ft walk to the crystal clear waters of Paya lake. New for 2025 is a Wood fired barrel sauna for to decompress. The main offers a queen sized bed and the guest room offers a Full/Twin Loft bed, as well as a twin Murphy bed. There is also a massive sectional couch as a sleeping option.

(Separate Contract) Cornhole boards, fishing rods, paddle boat, 2- kayaks, 2 adult size bikes. Fire pit is available, NO wood provided. Take a walk down to Slippery Rock! Then walk through the park a little further for some rock jumping! Our family enjoys Chute Pond and everything it has to offer.
