Ekodrom Estate - Sparrow House

Ekodrom Estate is located in central Croatia, just an hour from Plitvice Lakes national park. It's surrounded by orchards and forests with spectacular views of the starry sky. We offer our guests one of the most unique accommodations in this area, enjoy all modern commodities in our recently renovated traditional wooden houses . A great place for spending holidays, quiet nature far from the noise of bustling cities but close enough to rivers Mrežnica and Korana with lots of swimming spots.

Zaboravite na sve svoje brige u ovom prostranom, mirnom i opuštajućem smještaju. Čist zrak sa mirisom borove i smrekove šume. Veliki broj biljnih i životinjskih vrsta od kojih su neke zaštićene. Samo 100 m od izvora čiste, pitke vode. Do rijeke Jesenice 3 km asfaltnog puta za šetnju, pogodnog takođe i za bicikle. 20 km puta kroz šumu Nacionalnog parka do Plitvičkih jezera. Do mora je 70 km. Dear guests, welcome to The Hive, a century old wooden house restored with unique blend of modernity and history. The wood from which most of the furniture is made was obtained from the Melnica forest, which is located about a hundred meters from the house itself. The quiet location provides a perfect place for rest and relaxation. At the same time it's less then a kilometar away from the first shop and city center and only 1,8km from Rastoke.

This wooden cabin sits high in the mountains, soaking up sun for solar power and serving quiet vibes all day long. There’s internet (yep!), epic views, and an outdoor shower. The real boss here? A chill cat who fully rules the place. If you like cats, you’re more than welcome—if not, well… good luck. It’s peaceful, quirky, and might just convince you that mountain air and feline sass are all you need.

A perfect escape to relax, recharge, and reconnect with nature.
