This cozy cottage has been totally renovated and designed for your comfort and enjoyment. We have addressed every detail to make your stay a memorable one. The cottage is a perfect country retreat. You will enjoy nature, being surrounded by trees, birds, wildlife and a beautiful sunrise. We are located just 2 miles from downtown Palestine and 3 miles to the Texas State Railroad yet in a country setting behind a security gate with your private code. Canton 1st Monday trade days is 1 hour away

Nestled in the East Texas trees, just off a major highway sits a cozy retreat waiting for you to visit. Country style living, dining area with fully stocked kitchen for your cooking pleasure or local take out available. Morning and evening our resident deer, squirrels and birds are here for your pleasure. The stars at night are Big and Bright and a Texas sunset awaits you from the front porch. This rustic, 3/2 cabin (2/1 upstairs and a 1/1 in-law suite downstairs) nestled in the woods is the perfect hideaway to escape from the busy city life. Offering privacy and seclusion at the lake with a large wraparound deck, indoor fireplace, BBQ grill, hammocks, and a fire pit for your enjoyment, not to mention views of Lake Livingston. *NO LOUD MUSIC OR PARTIES ALLOWED* * PETS ALLOWED WITH PRIOR APPROVAL-$50 flat fee*

Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the morning from the balcony or deck. A neighborhood boat ramp is available for quick access to the lake for water sports & fishing! Wind down with a glass of wine next to the fire pit & enjoy the sunset over the lake. We can't wait to host you! Note: The house does NOT have direct lake access.

Couples Retreat-Secluded Pool House at Lake

Located just west of historic Nacogdoches on Lake Nacogdoches. The comfortable space for two sits behind our main house surrounded by pool, hot tub, fire pit and more. Entry is by key code for a stress free stay. Owners are usually a text or phone call away for assistance. The lake which attracts anglers year-round is a 2 minute walk from you. There you'll find two kayaks used for fishing or exploring . At night, you'll enjoy star gazing around the fire pit, as you're miles from town.

Private country cottage 90 minutes N. of Houston

Quiet country setting nestled in the trees. Enjoy your stay in our 2018 modern cabin on 30 acres in the piney woods. Sip your favorite beverage rocking on the enormous porch while your steaks are cooking on the grill. At night you can gather around the lower fire pit and stargaze. It is unlikely you will encounter anyone unless you venture out for walk down to one of the neighboring farms. The cottage has super high speed internet. Make video calls without buffering.

PLEASE NOTE: Steps on the porches and the kitchen means this is not a rental for people who have mobility challenges. Additionally pets are not allowed.

Craving "ALONE" time? This is the place for you! This 900 square foot studio with a full width deck is perfect for enjoying the peace and quiet of the East Texas Woods. Turn left out of the driveway and walk into the Ratcliff Lake Recreation Area where for a small fee you will find swimming, hiking, and picnicking.
