Nestled on 2 acres in the woods of West Virginia, kick back and relax in this quiet, chic cabin. Soak in the oversized copper tub, read on the porch swing, or cuddle by the electric fireplace. All the amenities of home, but away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Only 25 minutes to quaint Old Town Winchester, where there are unique shops, breweries, restaurants and history! The cabin is located 20 minutes from a variety of scenic hiking trails that provide opportunities for adventure.

Cozy West Virginia Treehouse

Thanks for checking out our treehouse! It’s 4 minutes from downtown Shepherdstown and 15 minutes from downtown Harpers Ferry. We are excited to share it with other fun-loving folks! The treehouse has heat and AC, a tiny kitchen with a mini fridge, stove top, toaster oven, gravity-fed sink and kitchenware. There’s a bathhouse built on the back of the host’s home with a conventional toilet and shower. There’s also an outhouse with a light and essentials. We provide wood for the fire pit also.

1832 Historic Washington Bottom Farm Log Cabin

Welcome to our renovated 1832 Log Cabin on the grounds of the George William Washington and Sarah Wright Washington 19th century plantation. The cabin was the first structure built. Then came barns and slaves’ quarters (no longer standing). The dairy barn is now a woodworking shop and the bank barn was recently restored. The main house, built in 1835, is Greek Revival style. Today, our 300+acre is Certified Organic. We border the South Branch of the Potomac River. It’s ALMOST HEAVEN !

The River House

A cozy, spacious and private get away with access to entire finished house. Located river front of the South Branch of the Potomac River, giving it the best view in the area. This cottage is also within 3 miles of C&O Canal, 17 miles from Historical Romney, 15 miles to Cumberland, MD and 10 miles to the Paw Paw, WV tunnel. 2 kayaks and 1 canoe available for river excursions. Come enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing or simply soak in all nature has to offer in the backyard.

The home includes a gas grill available for use and fire pit with wood provided. Best suited for two guests, it can accommodate up to 4 with use of the futon in the loft. Located just minutes away from the Potomac River and numerous recreational areas!

Aunt Tim's Farmhouse

Our farmhouse is located approximately 5 miles west of Historic Winchester, VA. The house is situated on 106 acres of an operational farm. You may see family members and friends tending honey bee hives, working in the detached garage, gardening, and completing other farm chores. The house is solely occupied by our guests. Come on out to enjoy some peace and quiet and take advantage of all Mother Nature has to offer!

Doah House is a private retreat perched on a bluff atop the Blue Ridge, with wide views over the Shenandoah Valley. We considered calling this house “The View With Some Rooms,” but settled on The Lodge. This private 3-bedroom house includes a rooftop dome (which serves as the third bedroom). From almost every spot, enjoy the jaw-dropping scenery of endless mountains, three states, and the Potomac River. Camp Potomac Peak was recently (Nov 2024) named the best place to stay in the Eastern Panhandle by WV Living Magazine.
