Relax and enjoy a private 22 acre ranch at the end of a paved county road. Beautifully appointed 3/2 house with an incredible party pavilion with TV, bar, cooking area and fire pit. Perfect for entertaining. Also includes a new 2022 38 foot Spriingdale Park Model RV with two queen bedrooms and a fire place located inside of a covered barn.
