Tiny House studio stay in Moncks Corner

The tiny house is located in our backyard in a small town, Moncks Corner, South Carolina. As you enter the house, you will notice that it is small but it has everything you will need to enjoy your stay! A kitchen to cook in, a table to eat or work at, a nice place to shower and sleep - all in the same room. It is small yet very comfortable and welcoming! We operate off of well water. If you are not used to well water, the smell can sometimes be surprising. Please note: the water is safe.

Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this house is close to Lake Moultrie & the Cooper River. It’s also very close to popular wedding venues: Somerset Point, Pineland Village, & Old Santee Canal Park. Moncks Corner Recreational Complex, where many tournaments are hosted, is also about 3 miles away. Pinopolis is less than 20 miles from Summerville & the Volvo area, 40 miles from coastal beaches, and just 45 minutes away from Downtown Charleston. It’s a great location for work or play!

Bedroom-50-in smart TV, queen-size bed and ceiling fan Bathroom has an oversized 42" low step-in shower. Small computer nook. 8x20 covered deck.

Enjoy your stay at this immaculately designed new build Villa. Located on a family property surrounded by 2 acres of trees, in a quiet rural neighborhood. Lots of privacy, peace and quiet, yet only 5 minutes from restaurants and stores. 15 minutes from Downtown Summerville, 40 minutes from Charleston and various coastal attractions. The villa is separate from main house and has no shared space other than the driveway. NO smoking, No pets. Laundry service available for long stays.

Easy parking for large vehicles, too. 30 minutes to the Meeting Street Exit in Charleston, 45 minutes to ocean beaches, and 20 minutes to fresh-water beaches. Dogs are accepted.

Enjoy the screened-in porches, a cozy spot to unwind, perfect for peaceful moments away from the hustle and bustle. Bring your boat and make use of the nearby loading ramp for easy access to the water. It's an inviting place to disconnect and embrace the lake life.
