The cottage includes wifi and a 55" smart tv. There is a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The property is surrounded by large pine trees and lots of privacy. This property is located on Ox Lake which is private. The property has 16 acres. It is a short six block walk to Manhattan Beach Lodge for dining.

We built this ultramodern cabin to be an energy-efficient retreat for you to enjoy after biking, hiking, snowmobiling, or otherwise exploring this beautiful area. You’ll love viewing a sunrise through two story windows in the main living space or warming up by the fireplace. Located a 1/2 mile away from the Cuyuna mountain bike trail system Yawkey trails. 1/2 to the beach, 2 mi. to Crosby. It is the only house on the street, on seven acres. Great privacy!

Log home privately located on Silver Lake. The cabin sports a large yard. Fish off the dock or take advantage of the canoe and kayaks for use on the lake. The lake has a shallow bottom ideal for kids to play nearshore. The home is pet friendly (inquire). Winter sports fans the Merrifield to Crosslake snowmobile trail is accessible from the property. We have a heated garage too! Paul Bunyan trail and the Cuyuna County Recreation Area are nearby. Near Brainerd, Nisswa, Crosby and Crosslake.

It comes with a bike cleaning station, private locked bike storage, E-bike charging outlet (115V/20A inside storage unit), EV car charging at 115V/20A, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. We provide all kitchen and bathroom necessities. Enjoy our patio, grill and fire pit by the creek- firewood, charcoal, and fire starter provided.
