This house was built by my grandfather and sits on our family farm tucked away in a walnut orchard. Enjoy the peace and quiet of our private road, the wind blowing through the trees and sweeping views of the nearby foothills. This house has two full bedrooms with an extra loft room upstairs with a large writing desk. The front room has an attached full bathroom, while the back bedroom has a bathroom down the hall. Geographically speaking, we like to say we are in between The Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco and Half Dome in Yosemite National Park.

The Cottage on Central

Come enjoy peaceful country living in the beautiful Central Valley. Our recently completed tiny home is located behind our main house, but is outside the main yard so you will have privacy. The cottage is surrounded by dirt at the moment, but we have plans for some beautiful landscaping in the near future. The cottage is 1/2 mile off Highway 99 and just a few miles from Atwater’s plentiful shopping and restaurants.
