Shower and toilet area flows directly to kitchen without a door, so best for a single person or partners who aren’t shy about bathroom noises. And tall people, be advised: knee walls leave limited head room on either side of loft apartment. Ramshackle neighbors but safe neighborhood!

Mid-Town/Butler/Broadripple Village Mid-Century

Relax in style in a great neighborhood. The house is central to Broadripple Village and very close to Butler University campus. It is about 15-20 minutes to Downtown or Carmel areas and there are lovely lounges and restaurants walking and a 5 minute drive. Please note this is a vintage mid-century modern house built in 1950. If you are looking for charm in a beautiful neighborhood this is your place. If you are looking for a new house this is not the stay for you.
