Studio open space with an independent entrance integrated in a house of contemporary architecture, where we live, next to a ruin of an old mill. Fantastic view of the countryside. Bed for 2 people, with the possibility of hosting another in an extra sofa (20 euros extra payment). Fully equipped kitchen. Magnificent bathroom. There is no central heating or air conditioning, but heater and fan are provided. The house is 25 minutes from the beaches of Comporta, Melides, Sines, etc. Fiber Internet.

A Casita tem um quarto pequeno com WC e duche e uma sala com um sofá com kitchenette totalmente equipada. No exterior existe uma área privada com barbecue e uma piscina(partilhada). Welcome to the Serra de Grândola, a peaceful and serene area, perfect for those who like to be close to nature. The house is located in the village of São Francisco da Serra, with its small church, windmills and cork extraction workers. Nestled on the top of its hill, the house allows quick access to the lagoon of Santo André and the ocean (10km), the villages of Melides (15km), Grândola and Comporta. A car will be required.

The house is located at the secluded end of the village of São Francisco da Serra, only 13km from the ocean and 15 min by car to some of the best beaches in the South of Portugal. The house has its original rural character and atmosphere of the Portuguese houses from Alentejo region, built on the hill, surrounded by the cork and olive trees, providing calm, quiet and views of the starry sky and amazing sunsets.
