The house is located in an ancient village at the foot of the Montiferru mountains. The sea is 12 km away. The geographical location is perfect for excursions along the island. Rocky bays and kilometers-long beaches stretch along. The house has two roof terraces with breathtaking views. The house is well-equipped and clean. Linens and WiFi are included. Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

House near the old bridge

In the historic center of Bosa, 5 minutes by car, in front of the sea at the Temo river. The house is sheltered from the sun and remains quite cool even in summer, also thanks to the stone walls, typical of historic Bosa. The view of the river is covered by the building in front but you just need to leave the house to be right in front of the river. It is located a few meters from the ancient bridge and the ancient cathedral, surrounded by many characteristic places.

We are in the countryside but close to the city, to the public services and the beaches, far from the summer hustle and traffic.
