Welcome to our totally private, completely charming mountaintop hideaway! Note: An AWD or 4WD vehicle is required to access this cabin. Do not book unless you are driving an AWD or 4WD vehicle. The main cabin structure itself is a Chestnut Log Home originally built in 1855. Great for a romantic getaway or for a small family. We love relaxing by the campfire, stargazing, hiking, ATVing, and enjoying nature. We regularly spot deer, turkeys, and groundhogs roaming freely on the 22-acre property.

Tuscarora State Forest and Colonel Denning State Park have nice hiking trails. Blain is the closest town where you will find Fowlers Hollow Park, Kings Bakery, Earth’s Delights, Conoco View Dairy, Blain Market, and Wise Dry Goods. Welcome all nature lovers, hikers, hunters, and skiiers! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin next door to Pinchot Park, Ski Roundtop, and state gamelands. Just a short drive to all amenities in York and Harrisburg but you feel like you're in the woods away from it all. Wildlife is everywhere. We frequently see deer, turkey, and foxes.
