Room B has a full size bed with luxury mattress and private bathroom with towel warmer & glass shower. The room includes a desk, TV, minifridge, microwave, coffee maker, dresser, reading chair & private entrance. In the summer we have bicycles to use on the rail trail and kayaks for the Kennebec River. Year round hot tub & sauna in gym. Downtown is just a block away where there are numerous restaurants and pubs with live music. Hiking trails & waterfalls nearby.

Private suite , new construction

This is a newer suite . It has a private entrance. Your area includes a private bath, bedroom and a living room, (with a futon) . There is a kitchenette, It will be equipped with a small refrigerator and coffee maker , toaster, microwave and induction hot plate. There is a grill outside. There is a great (enclosed) outside shower. There are bikes and beach chairs. There is a futon in the living room that converts to a queen bed. I supply linens for this.

Large sitting room furnished with contemporary sofa, reading area, bedroom nook with natural latex Queen mattress on Japanese platform, kitchen island/toaster oven, mini fridge, dishes, silverware, linen napkins (please note this is not a full kitchen for preparing meals) private bath/shower. On the lower level of our home with private entrance. Cedar hot tub available.
