The Nashville Nifty-now with kitchenette!

The Nifty is completely remodeled and has not been used for anything other than an Airbnb. That means that everything in the room is there for my guests. The room is suitable for up to 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child-there is one queen bed. There is plenty of off street parking in my wide driveway. Please note: I have a Metro Nashville Short Term Rental permit. The Nifty is attached to my house but completely separate. This is a non-smoking suite, also no pets.

This home is located in horse country with gorgeous views, hiking and fishing in the nearby stream. This area is a special place where members of the Hillsboro Hounds gather to ride their horses in the English tradition known as Fox Hunting.
