The large pool terrace might be shared with other few guests who stays in the other 4 bedrooms a maximum of 10 persons. Located directly on the beautiful beachfront of the wonderful, old quarter of Sitges, with full, spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea, this stylish, comfortable studio apartment is the perfect place to relax and feel at home. We ask our guests to take into account the size of the apartment, 36m2. The apartment is not suitable for children of 12 years old and under, and we are unable to accept them. As from 2023, the official Government Tourist Tax is 2.00 Euros per person per night.

25m² studio located just a 12-minute walk from the beach, 5-minute walk from the centre of Sitges, and 45 minutes by train from the city of Barcelona. It features a semi-covered 30m² terrace, decorated in a bohemian and chic style, with an outdoor shower and stunning sea views. The studio includes a microwave, small fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, portable cooktop, and toaster (there is no washing machine). Access is via an elevator to the second floor, followed by stairs.

Mi casa está a un paso de la playa, con todos los servicios (restaurantes, supermercados, farmacias, tren, autobús) a menos de 5 minutos a pie. Apartamento con aire acondicionado, WIFI, piscina y aparcamiento privado perfecto por su ubicación e iluminación. Perfecto en una zona tranquila y a 45 minutos del centro de Barcelona. Estación de tren a cinco minutos caminando y autobuses a diez minutos. Espero poder alojaros!!!Será un placer para mi.....Todo el mundo es bienvenido!!!

Cute ocean-front apartment with 1 double and 2 single bedrooms, which can be converted into doubles by extending the beds, so the apartment can host up to six people. There's also a portable baby travel bed if you are travelling with a baby or a toddler. All bedrooms are facing the interior so they are very quiet. For a relaxed beach holiday, the location doesn’t get any better than this. You step out of the house and the beach is literally right there.

Relax & Running ...

Apartamento tranquilo y muy luminoso con un gran balcón con vistas al mar. A 50 m. de la playa y a 100 m. de la estación de tren. Dispone de un salón comedor y una habitación totalmente equipados para relajarse delante del mar. Gran paseo marítimo de 15 km. para pasear, hacer running, ir en bicicleta, disfrutar de restaurantes... Solo para uno o dos viajeros adultos.
