Dit appartement is op de 1e etage en heeft een groot balkon met een mooi uitzicht op blauwe zee. Het strand is op loopafstand. De indeling is perfect om alleen, met z'n tweeën of als gezin een gezellige tijd te hebben. De ligging is zeer centraal op het eiland en dichtbij Mambo Beach. Ook punda, restaurants en de supermarkt zijn dichtbij. Er is een 360 graden uitzicht met volop wind. Je hebt voldoende privacy en het is veilig verblijven. Laat het ons gerust weten als u een auto nodig heeft.

Het centraal gelegen appartement bevindt zich in een rustige wijk. De vide, het hout en het groen geven het appartement een gezellige sfeer. Het appartement biedt zich bij uitstek voor gasten die opzoek zijn naar een betaalbare accomodatie en vanuit een centrale locatie het eiland willen verkennen. Tevens goed geschikt voor gasten die (remotely) willen werken op het eiland. Er bevindt zich een houten vide wat als slaapkamer dient. De ruimte kan volledig gekoeld worden met airconditioning.

Mooie studio in de rustige woonwijk Curasol. De tuin is voorzien van tropische planten en een zwembad. Erg centraal gelegen op het eiland. Het ligt tussen het centrum van Willemstad en de mooie natuur en stranden van Westpunt in. Ideaal! De ingang van Blue Bay is zo'n 2 minuten rijden (800 meter) en Kokomo bevindt zich op 6 minuten rijden. Binnen 4 minuten rijden ben je bij een grote supermarkt. De bekende Pondjesbrug is 12 minuten rijden. Het ziekenhuis is 10 minuten rijden.

Casa Tulia Studio - Grote Berg - Curaçao

Casa Tulia Apartment comes to you with a generous total surface area (43m2) and comfortable pool. (8x4m). It has been build only recently (2018). It is located in Grote Berg, right between Willemstad and the finest bays and quietest beaches of Curaçao. The studio is provided with a silent air conditioning system (10 kWh a day is included). Casa Tulia Studio is not suitable for children. Pool might be shared with the max two guests who stay at Casa Tulia Apartment.

Kom tot rust in onze prachtige tuin, waar je iedere dag gebruik kunt maken van je eigen privé zwembad in het gezelschap van onze lieve honden. je kunt je auto veilig op ons terrein parkeren. De kamer betreft het gehele vrijstaande huisje in de tuin. Een ruime slaapkamer voorzien van een ventilator en airconditioning, de prijs is incl. Aan de slaapkamer zit een ruime badkamer, de douche heeft warm water. Met mijn gezin woon ik in het huis.
