The Ranch House cabin (2020)at Old Desperado Ranch has a rustic western cowboy theme. The stone fireplace (electric) was hand made with local rocks from the creeks and rivers. The two bedroom cabin is very spacious and is equipped with everything you will need for your stay. Just bring your food! The cabin is dog friendly, see pet policy. Kayaks for the lake are included with your rental. Conveniently located just 2 miles to downtown Hardy or Cherokee Village. Walmart close by for easy shopping.

Secluded Cabin on BlackRiver/ Hot tub- NO PETS!

This is our family cabin. Our family farms soybeans, rice, and corn. We are too busy working during spring, summer, and some of fall to enjoy our cabin much. We are wanting to share our beautiful place for others to enjoy. It is located approximately 10 minutes from Poplar Bluff, MO. We live about 30 minutes away, so we can be available if needed. We have satellite TV and wi-fi. Cabin is pretty secluded nestled among the trees with the Black River flowing within 100 feet of the deck.

You can make use of the full kitchen, cook hotdogs over a fire pit outside, or a 15 minute drive will get you to historic, downtown Batesville's restaurants. Local amenities include country roads great for cycling, fresh air, and a few mosquitos (no extra charge for the mosquitos). Cabin now has WiFi!.

We are located on the Southfork of the Spring River at Miramichee Falls, conveniently located between Hardy and Cherokee Village (2 miles from each). Enjoy a 350 square foot covered deck overlooking the river. Fish or paddle the river right outside your door. Use our kayaks in the cabin area. Grill out or enjoy a campfire by the river. (This cabin is for adults only for safety reasons.)
