Lower-level walkout includes secondary living space w/ stone fireplace, 2 queen bedrooms, 1 queen sleeper sofa & 1 full bath. Family Suite (Bdrm 4) sleeps 4 w/ its own bathroom & entertainment area. It can be rented for an additional $175/night plus $75/stay cleaning fee. Must be booked with your reservation or cost $60 trip fee

Hot tub. 10 minute drive to Crestone, near hiking trails and the numerous spiritual centers. This is also a great base camp for climbing Challenger Point and Kit Carson Peak. Great Sand Dunes National Park is a one hour drive. Three commercial hot springs near by. Dark Sky Community. No pets or smoking. Come, enjoy!

Great access to Great Sand Dunes National Park, hot springs, hiking, 14ers, spiritual centers, Alligator Farm, and UFO tower. A short drive to downtown Crestone!
