Fully furnished with a King bed, coffee-bar, and breakfast table. Private outdoor seating area with lighting, gas and wood fire pit. Wood avail to purchase. Restroom-guest fav, is a few minutes’ walk and located in a shared building, not in unit, pictures in listing. AC in summer (June 1) and electric heater in winter. Non aggressive dogs allowed. The house sits on 40 acres and is surrounded by National Forest. You are in the heart of the Black Hills while still close to all the must see sites.
