Oldwood is a decade-old family home located right along the Baywalk at Lingayen Gulf, Pangasinan. In front is the expansive beach area, perfect for beach sports or just chilling. You'll see parked bangkas, even fishermen catching fish early in the morning. Things we love about this place: swimming pool under the tree, the FOOD, clean rooms, and the endless summer vibe. The place is also a walk away from local cafes and restaurants, an airport, and some well-preserved historical sites.

The Pocket Home is for 2 pax, Free wifi, W/ private manual flush toilet and shower, Aircon, fan, ref, mini sala/dining, we have 'Honesty's super-mini pantry), @mini 'dirty' kitchen w/ stove and utensils located outside the unit (since cooking gas has gone so expensive, we ask for P75/day for cooking gas, and just bring the food you want to cook) @mini balcony w/ free parking;(we have plants around, expect some mosquitoes outside d unit, we hv spray n katol ready if u want to use it)

Angelita’s Beach House

Angelita's Beach House is a vacation home perfect for families with children. It has a nice view of the ocean and is perfect for soaking in fresh air and sun. This house is only an hour away from Baguio. The house can entertain a maximum of 12 persons. Each room can accommodate a total of 4 people each. There are 2 kitchens. Before entering the gate, guests will see a few delivery trucks parked outside. These trucks are parked at night and do deliveries during the day.

Beachfront One Bedroom in San Fabian (Unit # 1)

Our one bedroom beachfront unit offers two queen size beds and comes with a private bathroom with hot and cold shower. The closed lounge area or closed deck area is equipped with basic cooking utensils, a ref, single burner gas stove, rice cooker, kettle, and one free big gallon of mineral water with a dispenser. This unit is ideal for couples and for small families. Please note that all units are designated as non-smoking areas.

Seaside Beach Resort (Unit 2)

The warm-toned, custom made furnishings of our luxury villas create a soothing atmosphere that encourages total relaxation. Relax at the gazebos and have a drink or two. Take a swim in our own private pool. Enjoy the scenery of our beautiful garden.

Family room has 2 individual bedroom with connecting door and shared bathroom with hot and cold shower. Each room has a queen size bed. Located at the ground floor of the house. breakfast included for 4 persons

Private Beachfront Resthouse Kubo w/1 aircon room

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Maximum of 15 pax only. Additional kubo bedroom 3 and sala with charge good for 5 to 7 pax.
