We are a Berlin-based family and have been successfully renting out part of our apartment for nine years. With 38 m², our space comfortably accommodates three adults or a family. The apartment includes bedroom, a cozy kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom. Each room has its own door, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. Whether you're planning a short visit or a longer stay in Berlin, our accommodation provides the perfect retreat from the vibrant and diverse bustle of the city.

Die moderne Küchenzeile bietet eine gute Ausstattung zum Kochen leckerer Gerichte. Außerdem sind Geschirrspülmaschine und Waschtrockner vorhanden.

In direkter Nachbarschaft befindet sich ein idyllischer Park mit Kinderspielplatz sowie zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung eignet sich ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Rad in den Spreewald. Wir als Gastgeber stehen stets bei Fragen und Wünschen zur Verfügung.
