Welcome to our home! Just 1 block from Lake Monona and the Lake Loop bike path, our home is the perfect Madison destination location. Numerous great bars/restaurants nearby and its in the middle of everything fantastic Madison has to offer! With easy access to downtown, The Sylvee, Epic, State Street, Camp Randall, Kohl Center, west/east side, airport and everything in between. This roomy house is located right on the shore of Lake Koshkonong. It has a wonderful pier during the summer, it's a sandy walk into the lake, and has views that will take your breath away. There is a large bedroom and a HUGE bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and with the open floor plan, the kitchen, dining room, family room, and living room all have gorgeous views of the lake. There is also a big deck to sit and watch the water from, with deck furniture and a grill.

Lovely two bedroom, one bath in a rural residential area of McFarland on inlet that connects to Yahara River and Lake Kegonsa (house is not directly on lake or river). The home is situated next to a charming campground and marina in nature. Walkable fishing areas. Lake Kegonsa State Park Trail is nearby for walking or snowshoeing. Just a 20 minute drive to downtown Madison! NO PARTIES. You will be asked to leave if there is any party activity seen.
