Die Design Loft-Wohnung besteht aus einem geräumigen Zimmer mit einer großen Schlafcouch (für Dauerschläfer) und TV sowie einer komplett eingerichteten Küche mit Spülmaschine und einem modernen Bad zur Alleinbenutzung. Das Haus liegt ruhig gelegen mitten im Wald auf einer Lichtung. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Ein Ort zum Entspannen und Krafttanken. Bäcker und Lokale im Ort erreichen Sie zu Fuß. Badeseen (Chiemsee, u.a.) Biketouren (BikePark Samerberg) und die Berge sind direkt vor der Tür.

The flat is the mezzanine of an independent house, it's on a hill and it is only for the guests. Wir vermieten auf unserem 2ha großen Waldgrundstück ein idyllisches Schwedenhäuschen für 2 Personen. Für Wellness-Fans ist auch die Buchung einer Massage in unserer Praxis möglich. Unsere mit Holz beheizte Faßsauna ist mit der Naturdusche bei unseren Gästen sehr beliebt. Die Sauna kann kostenpflichtig gebucht werden. Bettbezüge und Handtücher sind bitte mitzubringen oder gegen eine Gebühr leih bar. Matratze wird von uns frisch bezogen Auch Frühstück kann auf Anfrage dazu gebucht werden

A lot of venetian residents still lives here, and you will stay in a very intimate place. I got a new Pocket Wifi system that you can bring with you all around the city and stay connected all the time!

The Terrace

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.
