Hi, first of all these are cob houses all made by clay in the traditional stone masonery methods of ancient mediterranean. We're leading a self sustainable life 'as much as we can' so our electricity is coming from solar energy panels which are enough to run a small fridge, laptops, lights and phone charges. Wood fire water heater in the bathroom. We wanted to be far from the crowd so we re a bit not so easy to get at. So its best if you have a 4x4 or u can walk a path uphill for 15 minutes.

The Casa di Datça complex, in which our house is situated, covers 10 acres, and in addition to our stone house, there is another stone building on the site with 11 rooms. You are welcome to make use of the communal areas in this building, such as the yoga studio, library and fireplace. In addition, we have a restaurant where you can enjoy à la carte dining and a communal swimming pool.
