This is a newly built 1 bedroom 1 bathroom place with a private enclosed patio area and private parking. Cozy, stylish, and elegant, perfect for your next get-away. We strive to give you the best experience all year round and years to come, so please 🙏🏻 .... 💥 NO SMOKING --> $280 fee will be assessed. 💥 NO PETS 💥NO PARTIES. *****VERY IMPORTANT*****PLEASE READ***** Do NOT flush anything down the toilet except TOILET PAPER. In the past, there has been issues with guests flushing Wipes, Feminine products etc... This has caused a lot of costly plumbing issues. It is very important that you are aware of this house rule. A $500 Charge will be assessed, if plumbing issues arise during your stay. Aside from having to be charged $500 you will most likely have to find another place to spend the remaining of your stay if this happens in the middle of your stay. To ensure that this doesn't become an issue, I ask that you (ONLY) Flush the provided septic safe toilet paper. THANK YOU!

Our small studio is a perfect spot to relax after a long day of travel, fun and sun, or whatever brings you to our area. The space is a double bedroom with walk-in closet, generously sized private bath, and private patio entry. The small patio space is dedicated to the suite and is an ideal place to just sit and be.
