Our 550 SF private studio is a short drive from the UC Davis campus and walking distance from two bus lines. This studio is located on top of a garage detached from our main house. Many different kinds of fruit trees are available for the guests to enjoy. There are washer/dryer and bikes are inside the garage for the guests to use. High speed internet and TV cable channels are through Xfinity.

Our home is within walking distance of an exciting, dynamic, world class university. If your business is at the University, you can park your car for the duration and walk everywhere.
