Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood west of the UC Davis campus, with easy access to bus lines, greenbelt parks, stores, restaurants, and bike paths. Easy 10-minute bike ride to campus. Grab a book and take it easy in the shaded garden hammock at a calm cottage with a cozy patio for balmy alfresco evenings. Stroll to a nearby restaurant for a locally-sourced dinner, then snuggle up in front of the TV in our peaceful retreat. Our separate, private one-bedroom guesthouse is located in the back of our redwood tree-filled yard. This is an animal-free property due to monthly guests, friends & family with severe allergies. No exceptions. No Emotional Support Animals.

Our approximately 500 sq. ft. fully furnished studio is just a short drive from the UC Davis campus and within walking distance of two bus lines. The studio is located above a detached garage, separate from our main house, offering privacy and comfort. The unit includes a kitchenette with cooking essentials, a private shower, and a walk-in closet. A washer and dryer are available in the garage for guest use. High-speed internet and cable TV through Xfinity are also provided.

Enjoy the quiet house and back yard furnished with barbeque and propane firepit. Perfect for the lovely Davis evenings. Take a one block walk to Davis downtown restaurants and stores. Only a three-block walk to the UCD campus. The house has beautiful hardwood floors throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, and a very comfortable indoor dining and living area. Equipped with Wifi, Netflix, Hulu, x-box and DVD player. Off-street, covered parking makes unpacking and packing easy.

Vineyard stay on Great Bear Vineyards, homestead

A rustic homestead, built in 1860, set in a beautiful vineyard and farm. A very simple dwelling, with old and antique furnishings. It does have electric lights and a small bathroom with a shower, but that is about the last modernization this old homestead has seen in the last 160 years. If you are looking for a quiet get-away with no kitchen and no TV, where you can listen to the birds sing and squirrels play on the roof, then this is the place for you.

Cozy Old House

This cozy old house is located in a quiet neighborhood a few blocks from the busy downtown area. There are plenty of restaurants and shops located here.The Davis food Co-op and the famous Saturday morning farmers market are both with-in walking distance. This house has an updated kitchen with the basic cooking necessities. Get a good nights sleep in the comfortable bedrooms after relaxing on the rear screened-in porch.

Tiny Farm Cottage in Davis

Our home is within walking distance of an exciting, dynamic, world class university. If your business is at the University, you can park your car for the duration and walk everywhere. Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts, the Shrem Museum of Art, the UCD Vet School, are all within walking distance. Parent/teenager college visit? Our suite will accomodate. Please be fully vaccinated.

"Carriage House" in Central Davis. 1 mile to UCD.

"Carriage House" is 1 bedroom apartment next to famous Casa Contente. Close to Downtown and UC Davis. Queen bed in the bedroom and a couch in the living room. Best for 1-2 people, but potentially could accommodate 4. The couch turns into a full bed. No parties, no gatherings and no smoking, please. We reserve the right to ask for an ID prior to booking or checking in.
