Relax with the family in our conveniently located home. We purchased and remodeled this 1930's bungalow keeping as many original features as possible. What started out as hobby, paired with Gothenburg's need for affordable lodging, has blossomed into a way for us to raise a little extra money for our daughters college fund. We are located just four miles from top ranked Wild Horse Golf Club, two blocks from Highway 30, one mile from Interstate 80, and three blocks from historic downtown.

Relax with family and friends at this peaceful place to stay. The Hideaway at Mahaffie Bay is a 2 bedroom cabin with plenty of outdoor space for fun in the sun. This is a great place to relax on the deck, splash in the lake, take a paddle boat or kayak ride, and enjoy an evening around the fire pit. There is on-premise parking and a boat dock available too. Quick access to the boat ramp at Lakeshore Marina, the walking and bike trail, Nautical Rose....and of course the beautiful lake!

Plan a lake vacation this summer, or a quiet getaway in the winter in this five-bedroom, five-bathroom waterfront home. Corporate retreats, even a place to stay for weddings and other family events are perfect for this space. You have 3504 sq ft, full kitchen, and laundry. You are steps away from the marina, restaurant, and kayak, boat, and jet ski rentals. The house has a dock for your use (not the shore station although pictured.)

This studio apartment is located next to Johnson Lake. There is one queen bed and one pull out sofa. You would be able to sleep up to 4 adults comfortably. You have direct access to a beautiful 10 mile bike trail and less than 5 minutes to a boat ramp. You are welcome to park your boat by the building during your stay.

Windmill Hideaway

The Windmill Hideaway, is town meets country. This tiny house is tucked on the edge of town with amenities close and many historic and fun getaways in the quiet town of Gothenburg. The privacy fence and front lawn give the comfort of home while on your getaway.
