The Blue Heron Guest House

Whether you are traveling solo for work, or for recreation with your family, our lovely two bedroom, 1200 square foot guest house is ideal. One of two houses on the property (we live in the other) designed and built in 1920 as a summer residence for a local family. These 5.5 acres of park-like setting are situated on the serene Stillwater River. Tucked away, in the midst of the suburbs, surrounded by trees, gardens and the sound of birds, this gem of a place is a perfect home away from home.

BRIGHT~AIRY Loft - near Downtown/UD/UVM

Bright, open upstairs apartment in circa 1860 federal style building with high ceilings and lots of natural light. Located a 3 minute walk from Miami Valley Hospital in Historic South Park. Close to the University of Dayton, shops on Brown Street, Interstate 75, the Oregon District and Downtown Dayton. South Park is one of the most popular neighborhoods in Dayton. Walk or bike anywhere. The unit below is currently undergoing work, some noise is to be expected. Only during daytime hours :)

Rosedale Retreat

We live on a two acre lot near Rosedale Bible College in central Ohio. The apartment is a cozy, private, single bedroom apartment attached to our home on the ground level. Space includes a 3 season room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, patio with picnic table, and a large yard. Breakfast items are provided. There is a beautiful nature/walking trail next to the property. In 35 minutes, you can be on The Ohio State University campus as well as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.

Relax & unwind alone, or with your family in our cozy home! Fast WiFi Fully stocked coffee bar. Conveniently located 10 minutes from the Dayton Airport, and 14 minutes to downtown Dayton. 11 minutes to Rose Music Center. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance, and Metroparks bike trail at the end of our street. Pets are welcomed for an additional fee PER PET. Unique quirks about our little home: the ceiling coming down the steps is lower, and the bathroom is a jack-and-jill.

The Cabin at Maple View - Accepting Reservations

We are open for guests! The Cabin at Maple View is located a quarter mile off of the highway down a long twisting driveway. It is tucked back in the woods and away from it all. You notice the Amish craftsmanship as soon as you arrive. You are surrounded by 80 acres of manicured woods and a huge yard. The environment is welcoming. The atmosphere is warm. Call it your home for a night or for an extended stay. It is beautiful no matter the time of year.

Lovely Eclectic Duplex - Peaceful Neighborhood

Kick back, relax, and feel right at home in this recently renovated duplex. Located in an adorable and quiet neighborhood, this unique space is comfortable, clean, artfully decorated, and has a calm and soothing atmosphere. Includes updated appliances, a laundry room, a toilet bidet, a workspace, and smart TVs. Just 6 miles from Dayton Airport and an easy drive to downtown, restaurants, eateries, and shopping malls.
