There is even a mini golf across the street called Pirate Island if you are feeling adventurous. We provide parking passes for Pirates Cove parking lot for your convenience. Unwind in style with stunning ocean views and breathtaking sunsets from your private balcony. Our beachfront Suite has direct beach access!

This is a fully equipped, studio apartment at Northwest Square in DeLand. Northwest Square is the adaptive reuse of the 30,000 square foot Trinity United Methodist Church building. Northwest Square has 4 event spaces, a coffee shop, food hall and tap room, a flower and gift shop, a commercial commissary kitchen, and 15 apartments. There is also an outdoor seating area with a permanent food truck. The apartment is fully ADA accessible with a king sized bed, full kitchen, and curb-less shower.
