Private balcony and full kitchen no need to leave the premises. This is a DIRECT OCEAN FRONT unit with an ocean view from your private balcony.

We are a 10 minute drive to the closest beach access, 15 minutes to the speedway and 3 minutes to Pictona pickleball club. This studio has everything you could need for a weekend retreat or longer. Great for staycations or as a work-from-home alternative. It comfortably fits one or two guests. Queen bed. Due to owners allergies and asthma, we are unable to host any animals.

Go one way for beaches and breezy pub crawls and the other for walking paths and lazy river floating.

Daytona has been hit by hurricanes. The amenities on the resort are all closed. Therefore the pools, gym, tiki bar and restaurant are closed. We have adjusted the prices accordingly. The studio faces west and has a sunset city view. One queen bed and a full sleeper sofa bed. Clean and stocked with beach toys, chairs, umbrella and lots more! Very close to multiple restaurants and bars. This is a non-smoking resort, strictly enforced with a $250 fine.

Wonderful direct oceanfront condo steps from the beach. Sit on your own private balcony listening to the waves while enjoying your favorite beverage. We offer a new queen sized pillow top mattress ,rollaway bed and recliner sofa. We also have a new Samsung 55"smart TV with full cable lineup and 100 mps WIFI. The kitchen is fully equipped ,but if you prefer not to cook Adams Egg restaurant is located right on the property

It's also only 15 minutes away from Daytona International Speedway and the airport.
