Our first floor beach villa (no stairs to climb) is located in the very popular and unique ocean side community of Sea Woods in the resort town of New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Sea Woods is a centrally located resort community that provides you the best of both worlds - all of Central Florida's attractions, such as Disney World, MGM, Universal Studios, and Sea World while enjoying Florida's number ONE attraction - THE BEACH!

This cozy and relaxing villa is professionally decorated and fully equipped. It is situated only steps from the beach on top of the beach dune. Within 1/2 mile are Grocery and drug stores. Major themed parks, St. Augustine, and Cape Canaveral are approximately 1 hour drive. We provide WiFi, full kitchen, Separate laundry, Air conditioning, Ceiling fans, outdoor patio, TV, and beautiful white sand beach a 1 minute walk away.

Welcome to Villas at Dune Point, a beautiful Ocean Front Condo. This three bedroom-three bath penthouse condo is beautifully decorated with over 2,400 sf of living area. Master BR has a king bed with spacious bath with whirlpool tub, walk in shower,and his and hers closets. The second and third bedroom have their own baths which offers extra privacy for everyone. There is a well equipped kitchen and a separate laundry area.
