Διώροφο πετρόχτιστο σπίτι 100 τ.μ. Στον ενιαίο χώρο του πρώτου ορόφου υπάρχει η κουζίνα, η τραπεζαρία, ένα μικρό μπάνιο και το καθιστικό όπου μπορούν να φιλοξενηθούν 2-3 άτομα. Το σπίτι αυτό χτίστηκε το 1960, και πρόσφατα ανακαινίστηκε. Ο χώρος που ενοικιάζεται είναι ενιαίος και είναι ενα αυτόνομο τμήμα ενος μεγαλύτερου οικήματος .Ένας όμορφος κήπος με ιδιωτικό παρκιν, μπάρμπεκιου και πισινα εκτείνεται μπροστά του, πλαισιωμένος και προστατευμένος απο καταπράσινα φυτά. Βρίσκεται σε μια ήρεμη γειτονιά στο χωριό των Ταξιαρχών, σε απόσταση 10km ανατολικά της πόλης των Τρικαλων,με όλους τους δημοφιλείς προορισμούς του θεσσαλικού καμπου εύκολα και γρήγορα προσβασιμους.

Πολύ κοντά στα μουσεία: Αργυροτεχνίας, Βυζαντινό, Δημοτικό, Αρχαιολογικό, την συναγωγή των Εβραίων και στο χώρο του Ιτς Καλέ, όπου υπάρχει το Παλατάκι(Σεράϊ) του Αλή Πασά, που στεγάζει το Βυζαντινό μουσείο. (μέγιστος χρόνος με τα πόδια, περίπου 5΄-10΄min).
