Decorah Valley Home with a View (Apartment 1)

Welcome to the Oneota Vista, a private apartment on the second floor of our house with beautiful views of the Oneota valley. Our home is located on the Trout Run bike trail (an 11-mile paved loop which winds through Decorah). It is a mile walk to downtown Decorah, and less than 2 miles from Luther College. This cozy apartment is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring, canoeing, hiking, biking, fishing, shopping, and checking out the local breweries.

Decorah's Country Comfort Charm

This cozy 1 bedroom walkout basement apartment is located in the beautiful valleys of the Upper Iowa River. It provides the comfort of home with the freedom to explore many options including biking and hiking trails, and endless options of fishing with many trout streams near by. You will find that the "Cabin Feel" of this apartment will help you relax and enjoy your stay. This apartment has a comfortable queen bed and also a queen size sofa sleeper couch for kids and other guests.

Heavenly Nest Getaway

Beautiful, cozy space with abundant natural light! We designed this getaway with relaxation and comfort in mind! An upstairs apartment in downtown Decorah. The large living room has the comfort of an electric fireplace, TV, Wi-Fi and lots of natural light. A dining room that will seat 6, a galley kitchen and the comfort of the den with a sofa sleeper that makes into a queen bed and a glider rocker. The bedroom has a TV, queen size bed and much comfort. Bathroom is a full bath.

The Retreat

The Retreat at is a completely renovated 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment within a historic building built in 1874. The Retreat occupies the entire second floor of the brick house which was completely renovated in 2014. Located just 1 block from downtown Decorah and in walking distance to many popular restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, boutiques, and beautiful walking/biking trails. Abundant natural light, 10 ft. ceilings, and full of historic charm with modern conveniences.

The property is located near the Upper Iowa River ideal for canoeing, kayaking, and tubing. The Trout Run Trail is a picturesque path passing along dikes and abandoned rail beds ideal for biking, walking, and running.
