The River Lodge - new look, same place!

The River Lodge sits on a peaceful 5 acres on the banks of the Mississippi River featuring three levels with 7 bedrooms plus additional sleeping areas in the loft and game room, making it possible to fit up to 22 guests. The great room provides a large gathering space, perfect for reunions and retreats. With 3 additional living rooms all with smart TVs, 5 bathrooms, a game room with ping pong, several outdoor sitting areas, a beautiful fire pit patio and lawn games to enjoy, there's fun for all!

Looking for more action? Head out on the lake, go snowmobiling/4-wheeling/biking/running on the many trails, walleye fish on Mille Lacs (20 mins), or head to Brainerd (18 mins) for tons of entertainment options for everyone year round! Scandinavian Cabin in the Pines w/Sauna & River

NO SERVICE FEES! This Scandinavian-inspired cabin is nestled in a 40-year-old Red Pine Tree Plantation. Built by 2 best friends, it is constructed almost entirely by local lumber. The cabin sits across the street from the gently flowing Pine River. Sweat away your adventures in the sauna, relax by the fire pit, or float the river. If you're a biker, we are 2 miles from the Paul Bunyan trail and 45 minutes from the Cuyuna Lakes MTB Trails. We allow 1 well-trained pet under 40lbs with approval.

Partridge Lake House - Boating, Hot Tub, Quiet

Newly renovated, modern cabin. Your family will love the clear water! The lake is shallow and sandy by our property and perfect for kids to swim in summer. Pontoon may be used for extra charge, reach out for more info. Hot tub available October-May, overlooking the lake. Terry cloth robes, s'mores kit and hot cocoa to enjoy by the fire provided during winter season. Miles of XC ski, showshoe, snowmobile trails within minutes! Adult snowshoes provided. The Boathouse - On the Whitefish Chain of Lakes

Enjoy the beautiful sunset from your porch as you relax & sip your favorite beverage. This 2 level cabin is just steps from the waters edge & is part of the Whitefish Chain in Crosslake. It is in a perfect location to enjoy all that Crosslake has to offer. On the water, to take advantage of swimming, boating, fishing & water sports & just 5 minutes from town to enjoy golfing, tennis or shopping. Located within 1/2 mile are restaurants, bike trails, paddle boarding & boat rentals.

Stylle Hytte ///\ Northern Cabin Retreat

Our Nordic inspired A-Frame is known as the Stylle Hytte which is Norwegian for ‘Quiet Cabin’. Here you can take in 5 secluded acres of woods with trails winding down to the private riverfront. Only an hour north of the Twin Cities, enjoy modern conveniences like WIFI (60mbps), smart TV, complete kitchen, full bathroom, a bedroom and loft both with queen beds, a cozy living room with a real wood fireplace and an outdoor electric barrel sauna. Calendars are open 9 months in advance.

Solitude! Just over two hours from the cities this cabin is just far enough away to truly feel up north. Only 10 miles from Baxter, 20 miles from Crosby but a thousand miles from the rat race. This property is set on a secluded 2.5 acre plot that will provide ample opportunity to connect with nature. Relax and enjoy the solitude! Less than 10 miles away from Brainerd International Speedway and only 2.3 miles away from the Paul Bunyan Trail. TV has a Roku streaming device.

Comfort and relaxation awaits! If you are in need of time off to unwind with your loved ones, come visit us on Partridge Lake, where relaxation and serenity await you. About 90 minutes from the bustling cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, our cabin provides the perfect place to rejuvenate amidst the soothing embrace of nature. Enjoy taking out the kayak or paddle board, lounge on the hammock, play yard games or soak your toes while sitting on our chairs on the small beach.

Pedal and Pine on the Lake

On the shore of Clark Lake and nestled under a canopy of Norway pines, the cabin provides a cozy getaway. With lake access, you can fish right from the dock, enjoy a paddle on the water, or relax by the outdoor fire pit. The Paul Bunyan trail is just steps away. Bike or stroll (or snowmobile!) straight into the town of Nisswa, home to shops, great coffee, and unique places to eat. In the warmer months, you might even see some turtles racing downtown!
