You’ll love my place because of the beachfront access, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). "The Townsend" - Hot Tub!

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Please read "the space" section, which gives room-by-room detail.

White Point Cottage -- Quiet Waterfront Getaway

Welcome to White Point Cottage on the beautiful Potomac — 90 minutes from Washington, DC, but a world away. The renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage sits on nearly an acre of south-facing waterfront property, affording a sense of privacy along with sunrise and sunset views. We’ve owned in the same neighborhood in St. Mary's County since 2005 and are eager to show guests why we love it here. Relax and unwind at the Chalet on Blue Heron Farm, a waterfront rustic retreat on the upper reaches of the Chester River. Tucked away on a 126 acre fourth-generation organic farm, the River Chalet is a peaceful and private getaway situated just 15 minutes from historic Chestertown. This recently restored 3-bedroom, 2 bath home features a giant wrap-around deck overlooking the river and floor-to-ceiling windows with serene waterfront views.

For years, we searched for the perfect beach getaway: secluded, tranquil, yet close to attractions. We found it in Beachwalk. Peaceful. Private. Conveniently located at the quiet southern end of Broadkill Beach. While the north side is denser with homes and more crowded, the southern end provides a more private beach experience with far fewer visitors. The ideal beach retreat where it's just you, the sand, and the sea.

Our favorite place to escape from the daily grind, The Foxtail is an 1860s colonial home that was thoughtfully and carefully renovated to preserve the original character and introduce modern conveniences. A special place to be at any time of year, enjoy sightings of eagles and other animals, tuning in to nature's soundtrack, and of course, looking out over the oh-so-beautiful Cohansey River.
