The 550 square foot space is designed to be a modern oasis in the country, and features full upgrades throughout. The lodging is perfect for a romantic getaway or celebration as you have amazing dining, sightseeing and entertainment options as well as easy access for exploring small towns along the Delaware River.

Mayor Sponsored and Inspired Block Fresh & Clean 1

Our Mayor of Philadelphia once resided near the block and has sponsored this block to keep it nice and neat. Our family has been local to Philadelphia for 30 years and we have renovated the entire building to feel refreshing and spacious while still being affordable. We personally make sure all sheets and towels are washed and clean with sanitizing spray throughout the whole unit after every stay. Space is spotless and we expect nothing less. It is probably cleaner than your own house lol!

The unit is on main street so there is traffic noise. We do ask that guests are respectful of permanent tenants in the building.

Popular family attraction Sesame Place is 10 minutes away, and Philadelphia is a 30 minute drive. Conveniently located near major highways 95 and the PA Turnpike. 1 hour drive to the Jersey Shore The apartment has its own separate entrance and does not have access to our backyard or the patio upstairs.
