A custom 165 sq. ft. "Tiny House" located right between our theater and the garden dining area. True to the show "Tiny House Nation".. cool interior with custom woodwork, stairs to a lofted bed. Fully functioning kitchen. Spacious bathroom & shower. We provide TV and internet in the unit. We have 2 on-site restuarants, market, theater, and parking. Our AIRBNB village consists of 2 tiny houses, 2 cottages, tent sites, a loft appartment, and more! Staying at Good Earth is more than a beach trip!

This over the garage loft is a throwback from the 1980's. Vintage furniture and decor. Queen bed, twin bed, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, AC, sink, dishes, glasses. Record player plays vynal records, CDs, cassettes. Bethany Beach is a ten minute drive. The bathroom is small with a sloping ceiling, a small shower, and while clean, shows its age. NO WIFI, rustic with access to shared backyard, fire pit, outdoor seating and dining, garden; beach chairs and umbrellas for guests. TY!

Stay in peace at this smoke-free, quiet abode. Within 10 mins of Milford (Bayhealth Sussex, Walmart, shopping, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.). 15 mins: DE Turf, Milton, breweries. 20-30 mins: Bowers Bch, Pickering Bch, Sports at the Bch, Dover & Georgetown, theaters & casinos. 30-45 mins: other beaches and outlets. This cute 1 bedroom apartment is located at the HEART of our lovely town. Steps away from some of the most historic places in the entire United States. Come near the weekend and you can tour our informative museums and wayside exhibits while taking in the local culture. We are a close-knit town and are happy to show out-of-towners "the way". On days we are open enjoy a $15/day credit to our cafe next door. Please enjoy your stay! We are so sorry but no pets allowed.
