This house allows you to live moments of rest after an unforgettable day at the beach or at the “Valley of Temples”, as from there you can easily enjoy the enchanting parts of Agrigento. In fact, you can reach (on foot) “Via Atenea”, beating heart of the old town of Agrigento, full of shops, restaurants, bars and pubs. Moreover, a free parking is available near the house. The terrace of () is breathtaking and sea view; there it is possibile to have a good breakfast or also a candle light dinner.

Built in 1700 as a noble palazzo, the house still preserves original frescoes and floor tiles. The apartment offers all amenities and will comfortably sleep four. The apartment consists of a main living room w/ mezzanine, a main bedroom with a double bed with barocco frescoes, a kitchen, a dining room and two balconies.

La dimora è stata oggetto di una ristrutturazione durata cinque anni, mantenendo tutte le caratteristiche architettoniche sia all'interno che all'esterno, con muri faccia vista e archi in tufo. All'esterno si può usufruire di tre posti auto. La casa gode di una spettacolare esposizione sia a sud che a nord.

L'alloggio si trova su una tipica collina siciliana, domina migliaia di ettari di terreno coltivati in parte a frutteti e vigneti che spaziano su due province, nel cuore della Sicilia, e’ ubicato a 600 mt dal centro abitato. Fa parte di una vecchia casa di campagna ristrutturata dove vivono i proprietari. La villa si trova poco distante dalla Valle dei Templi (30KM), dal mare di Licata (38KM), dalla Villa del Casale di Piazza Armerina (70KM) e dalla splendida scogliera di Scala dei Turchi.
