Heat and air provide the perfect accommodations no matter the weather. Enjoy sitting by the fire pit or explore the Bay on one of our two Kayaks. Enjoy all the Potomac River has to offer, just 40 miles south of D.C. Rich in history, our RV trailer sits near the river's edge on our home property about 200 feet from our residence, in Widewater Virginia, between the Potomac River and the CSX railway. Although there are trains that pass by, they do not use their horn in our area, and they are fun to watch! Enjoy a coffee while watching a beautiful sunrise, then light up a fire pit after a day kayaking or fishing on the river.

Spend your days exploring the Delaware Coast and come home to a rustic Skoolie with a full kitchen & outdoor area. You have access to fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating area. We’ve renovated- there is a bunk bed, and a full bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. The bathroom is in a separate building about 20 ft from the bus.
