Farmhouse located just minutes off of Route 13 in Princess Anne, MD. Enjoy a peaceful farm experience while staying in a charming farmhouse with lots of character. You can walk the grounds of the farm, including a trail through the woods, or take a swim in the pool. We do not offer horseback riding lessons but you can interact with the horses. We are minutes to shopping, groceries, restaurants, UMES, and a short ride to Chincoteague (32 miles) and Ocean City (40 miles).

The Hunt Box at Sylvanside Farm is a couples favorite! Cozy bedroom with bay window overlooks the stone barn, Clydesdales field and pond. Full kitchen, full bath and small living room. Enjoy a glass of wine on dock, hike the fields and streams, enjoy the animals, roam the our beautiful 25 acres. Escape the city and relax. The Hepburn-Hot Tub & Fire Pit

The Hepburn is a beautifully renovated and decorated by home by Harlow Grey Homes. This meticulously restored glass cabin is located on over an acre of private grounds on a serene 75 acre lake. Firewood included! The separate seven-person hot tub is OPEN for the season. The private pool + built-in spa is closed and is set to reopen mid May 2025
