You have full use of the patio with a barbecue, full high end kitchen with the best appliances including Viking stove, A Beautiful dining area and living room with gas fireplace and smart TV and a den on the main floor with another Smart TV . Upstairs is the bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Someone who’s offsite will be available as needed The house sits on a tree-lined street in a quiet, family neighbourhood one block away from public transportation and a short walk from a food market, Starbucks coffee, a local wine shop, and a delicious ice cream parlour. Parking if you have a car is right in front of the house on our quiet street. We are nestled among the Douglas Firs and Western Cedars on a rock. We call it our treehouse. 5 minute drive, 25 min walk (hill involved) from the ferry/Cove/restaurants. 10 min walk to Miller's Landing Beach, wonderful swimming, overlooking the North Shore Mountains. 10 min walk to Crippen Regional Park! Built in bookshelves contain an array of books to unwind with, teach you, or feed your curiosity. The kitchen is well equipped and we have the 'Covid Cleaning' down now. Nestled up against a hillside, it is quiet at night. This little community of cabins is being enhanced. Walking distance to the 'heart' of Birch Bay. Near the State Park.

Our deluxe suite is located in quiet Silver Valley, a bedroom community 10 minutes from Maple Ridge. Enjoy breathtaking views of mountains, cranberry, blueberry fields as well as winding streams. The suite includes a large bedroom with a Sterns and Foster king mattress, premium linen, toiletries, 2 bathrobes, cell phone charging system. Family room is bright and cozy with a gas fireplace. All sofas recline, 55” TV with cable and Netflix.
