The pet-friendly home sleeps 7 comfortably and includes a game room for family games and a night of cards or a good game of poker for your enjoyment during your stay. This delightful 523 sq.ft. 1937 cottage is located in the heart of Grand Junction close to downtown, St.Mary's hospital, popular restaurants and ample shopping opportunities. We are only minutes away from Colorado National Monument. It is convenient to Amtrak, Two Rivers Convention Center and Grand Junction Regional Airport. On a historic street is the carriage house that I have called Sycamore Cottage. A huge old noble Sycamore tree is a focal point in your backyard among other lovely views.

Garfield; 18 miles CO National Monument; 36 miles to Powderhorn Mt. Resort @ Grand Mesa. We are also 2 hours from Arches National Park in Utah.

My comfortable, cozy cottage home is your home away from home. Allergy friendly! Close to Colorado Mesa University, Stocker Stadium, the hospitals and the Colorado National Monument. Enjoy fishing, biking, hiking, and unique shops downtown. One minute walk to Columbine park. Fully stocked kitchen with keriug maker with coffee pods, cold brew coffee maker, tea and bottled water. Private back yard with fruit trees and lots of seating outdoors. Long term renters welcome.

The Yellow Cottage Farm and Guesthouse

This Cottage is truly a place to get away for a romantic weekend! Your year round destination, all seasons have something special to offer. Hiking, biking, and water sports in the spring, summer and fall. National Park, Black Canyon of the Gunnison is 6 miles away. For the winter traveler we have three ski resorts an hour away in each direction. And as always, sightseeing in the fresh mountain air can’t be beat! Our bedding is top notch as well as our towels!

Surrounded by country life, 3 miles from downtown Montrose, close to Ridgway, Ouray, Telluride. 10 miles to Black Canyon of the Gunnison. Two bedrooms, each with new queen mattress. 1 full bath/shower, full kitchen, private spacious back yard, patio/barbecue. WiFi, W/D, Roku streaming services, leashed pets OK. Small, cozy. Cottage is sanitized between guests.

Redlands Tiny Home

A newly renovated tiny home in beautiful Redlands CO. Min away from Tabeguache trail head, the entrance to the National Monument, Handlebar restaurant, and downtown Grand Junction. One bedroom with a full size bed, one bathroom with shower, and small kitchenette with hot plate. We allow dogs for a fee but limit them to 1 per visit. We do not allow any other animals. Please disclose if you plan on bringing an animal

Mini Memories

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. After a long day in the outdoors enjoy a nice warm bath with bath salts (provided) then slip into the plush robe to have a nice cup of tea. Cook a nice meal with the fully stocked kitchen. Coffee, tea, creamers, sugar, spices, bottled water, and laundry soap all provided. Close to hiking, downtown, biking, CMU, and the hospital. Allergy friendly.
