The Highbanks is a 3 Bedroom 1.5 bath home that can sleep and feed up to 6 people. Full breakfast is included! Serve yourself: Items included, but not limited to; Coffee (decaf/reg),hot cocoa (kureig+ traditional pot), several kinds of cereal, waffles, pancakes, milk, juice, eggs, sausage, bread + more! The Home has HEPA filter, and UV light air filtration, and laundry facilities on site with soap and detergent. There's large driveway with plenty of parking for trucks+boats/trailers/RV's etc.

With plenty of cooking & dinnerware, this cottage is stocked with essentials, games, with all you need for relaxation. A wonderful place to make memories in any season.

Hidden beside the lake in the Upper Peninsula the house feels like a secret place, soft light, quiet water& a sense of calm that makes time slow down. The mornings begin with mist rising off the water, beachfront sunrises & evening with deep comfortable silence with gentle waves & open sky. Lake Michigan stretches like glass, peaceful & calm. There are nearby hiking & biking trails, freshwater fishing,& golf course. We have kayaks & peddle boat on premises & a carport for atvs & snowmobiles.

Cabin on lake w no public access. Owners out of sight and sound. Great pike fishing on supplied jonboat and 4 kayaks. Wood-burning sauna next to cabin. Lake Michigan beach and boat access 5 minutes away. 45 minutes to Pictured Rocks, 20 minutes to Kitch iti kipi, 25 minutes to La Fayette State Park. 12v batteries supply a bit of power and a few lights. Pets are welcome except on beds and futon :) Silverware, utensils, propane and firewood provided. You'll need ice, food, and drinking water.

Some of the features are 2 full bathrooms, beautiful teak wood walls, spacious private front yard, a sandy beach, a fire pit, washer/dryer, free wifi, and the best sunrises you have ever seen. The Ford River boat launch site is 3.4 miles. Ice fishing is just a walk out onto the lake in the winter. Snowmobiling trails are near by as well.

The large picture windows and back yard patio overlook the Escanaba Country Club Golf Course (although there is not direct access from the yard.) Enjoy the spacious rooms, fully stocked kitchen with coffee bar and comfortable bedding. There is a queen bed in each bedroom and a daybed with trundle in the den. In the summer, enjoy the very private patio for your morning coffee or and the serenity of the evening.
