The Old Courthouse museum is visible from the back courtyard and the historic downtown is just a short walk. There’s a brewery and several unique restaurants just a few blocks away in the downtown with fun shopping close by. Casinos and the National Military Park are just a short drive. Our father built this house beginning in 1981. It is located on our 40-acre farm, in front of my sister's cottage, about 100 yards from the house I share with our nephew, which was originally built by our grandparents in 1939. It is quiet, remote and peaceful. It is about seven miles to the nearest grocery stores and restaurants in Bastrop, and one mile to a Dollar General in Collinston. There is wifi in the house, as well as a Roku TV.

This cottage is located in the Garden District of Vicksburg on the grounds of the Historic Home Flowerree. It is fully equipped is everything you need, air-conditioning, heat, towels, and even the laundry room available. It has a charming ambiance and design. We have private off-street parking. The Cottage is located a short distance from dining, shopping, galleries and museums.
