Waterfront Guesthouse II on the Rappahannock

The “Beach House” is a guest cottage at Snug Harbor, a 2 acre private property overlooking the Rappahannock River and Chesapeake Bay. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, this well-appointed cottage has beautiful water views and includes access to our private beach & dock (with guest slip) with use of our paddle boards and kayaks. The cottage’s 1st floor features an open liv/din/kit area, full bath with large shower and a covered patio. The 2nd floor features a large loft bedroom with a queen bed.

Captain's Quarters

Retreat to the 'Captain's Quarters'! Our guest cottage celebrates the nautical heritage of Deltaville and the surrounding Rivah country. Equipped to sleep up to 8 guests, Captain's Quarters is located in Berryville Shores along the Piankatank River, just a short drive from the heart of Deltaville. Fishing Bay Marina and Fishing Bay Yacht Club can easily be reached by bike, or bring your golf-cart to more easily explore the area. Families welcome, no pets please.

The Oyster House

If a quiet country setting is your relaxation, this is your place. Surrounded by open fields that attract deer, turkey, osprey, ground hogs, this is natures haven. Outdoor seating around a permanent firepit or covered backporch with bar top overlooking wildlife. Renovated 2019. Yet, just seconds from downtown Deltaville. House accommodates wheelchairs. Closest waterfront property to the heart of Deltaville! Coastal 1880's farmhouse on beautiful Jackson Creek w/ private 80' pier on deep water. Spacious bedrooms, tons of natural light, and large screened porch. Short walk or bike ride to shops, restaurants, public pool, playground, tennis and pickle ball courts, etc. Huge dock with kayaks, canoes, and SUP to explore Jackson Creek. Awesome sandbar less than a mile down the creek!

Come down the long private drive along the pasture to the little cottage perched on the banks of the river, surrounded by large oak trees. Its a simple, cozy spot with lots of outdoor spaces for spreading out.
