This apartment has two bedrooms and one bath. Located in downtown Portage, just 20 minutes from Wisconsin Dells easy access to the interstate. Cascade mountain just a few minutes away. There is a driveway for off-street parking for two cars. There is a private outside stairwell entrance and keypad door lock for access. This apartment is older construction and is on the 2nd floor. The floors are squeaky and noise will carry to the lower unit. Quiet time at 10:00pm. Just a short walk to downtown.

My 1898 Victorian has been separated into two units. You have your own entrance to the apt that makes up 1/2 of my 2nd floor and the entire third-floor of my house, located in the heart of Deforest. Walk to restaurants, parks, and other establishments.. I would be happy to share recommendations if that’s something you would like. Your unit sleeps eight people, and is priced for four.
