One is facing the front door, one is facing the driveway and there is one in the garage pointing towards the driveway.

Stay in our Cozy studio with a new pillow top mattress with comforter will give you a good night rest and comfortable sofa , high speed internet with wifi in unit is ready for you to use and our Smart TV is connected with an Amazon Fire Stick. Full size refrigerator is included and very good size kitchenette. Unit has its own water heater and Climate Control System (AC/HEAT) conveniently located within 2 hours of San Francisco, Yosemite & Sacramento.

Collect fresh eggs from the chickens for breakfast paired with fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden! Spend a peaceful evening sipping a beverage on the porch or take a relaxing walk along the river. Geographically speaking, we like to say we are in between The Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco and Half Dome in Yosemite National Park.

This home is known for the iconic murals in the backyard which also features a private pool. Step inside where you'll find updated charm that meets 1940 architecture complete with a workstation and every opportunity to connect using ATT Fiber speed of 1000 or to disconnect relaxing poolside in a quiet neighborhood. Take a stroll or bike ride downtown for brunch, the farmers market, or to visit our favorite art gallery, The Gallery Finesse.

The Heart of the Valley: Smart Modern Farmhouse

The Heart of the Valley takes it's name after what the city of Turlock represents to the Central Valley, it's heart. I wanted to use this as inspiration to create a home the embodied this. I worked closely with local interior designer, Marísela Rodríguez, to come up with a home design where guest can enjoy the convenience of modern technology while still having that warm, welcoming feeling a farmhouse has to offer.

The Studio is a cozy, modern styled cottage, safely nestled in the backyard of a home, as a detached structure with a private entrance, front porch & plant life. Located in a quiet, tree lined residential neighborhood. It’s fully furnished, loaded with amenities...from appliances, kitchenware and condiments to personal care items. Comfortably hosts 1-2 adults, featuring a queen size bed with memory foam mattress.

Small Town Bliss

This brand new space is great for anyone needing a place to call home while visiting the area. Newly remodeled, the quarters feel open, fresh, and comfortable. Make yourself at home with a queen sized bed, large screen TV, and all the tools to cook meals for yourself as you please. It is tucked away from the larger surrounding cities, but still just a short drive away.
