Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. Enjoy the updated home with fully furnished kitchen, queen bed, and open front and back porches for relaxing in the quiet countryside. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

This large third-floor apartment sits above a charming wedding venue, placing you right in the heart of the city’s vibrant energy. The space offers plenty of room to relax, making it perfect for couples or small groups. With its elevated location, you’ll enjoy a unique vantage point over historic downtown, surrounded by local shops, restaurants, and entertainment just steps away. Please note that being above an active event venue means you may occasionally hear music or celebrations.

Have fun with the whole family at our beautifully modern cottage by Lake Texoma. With less than a 10 minute drive to the lake, you can enjoy water activities and various hikes during your stay. Our pet friendly cottage allows space for your fur friend in our dog enclosure complete with shade from the pecan tree. You’ll enjoy our arcade gaming corner, outdoor seating, and close proximity to Lake Texoma. Make sure to take a stroll downtown on Main St. for local shopping and dining.

Welcome to your private escape in the woods! Nestled in a quiet, secluded setting with a scenic views and privacy fence, the home feels like a true retreat while offering upscale amenities throughout. Must be 25 years of age to book, and no more that 6 guests on property at all times. No exceptions.
